All prices are in Canadian Funds, HST not included
Retail Items
All retail items may be exchanged only if they are returned as purchased (tags/labels on). Exchanges are valid within 30-days of purchase.
Class Cards
Effective Jan 1, 2017, 10 and 20 class cards have 1 year expiry and 30 and 40 class cards have 2 year expiry.
Expired Classes
Expired classes will reactivate with purchase of new class card or by purchasing a 1 year extension. In all other cases, class card expiry dates can not be extended.
Package Transfers?
Transfers to Third party are not permitted.
Package Returns
All memberships are final sale, no refunds permitted
Suspensions
Memberships cannot be suspended for any period of time, unless in the case of a medical emergency – please speak with us.
Declined Payment
Any declined payments, credit card, or NSF debit requests may be subject to a fee.
