Our Yin Yoga classes are practiced in a candlelit room with calming music to nourish your nervous system.  Gentle postures with long holds will allow you to target the connective tissue of the body. This helps to increase range of motion and promote healing, especially through the hips, pelvis and lower spine

Suitable for all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to other exercises that encourage contracting your muscles.
