Be prepared to sweat, strengthen, stretch, laugh and do more for your health, body and general well-being than you ever imagined possible!
All our hot yoga and pilates classes are designed for beginner and advanced students alike. With the guidance of your teacher, simply do the best you can and you will receive 100% benefit. With a little practice and experience, you will soon feel right at home in all our classes.
You will feel challenged by the yoga and pilates classes, everyone does! This is how you will know it is working, your time and investment is worthwhile! Always work to your edge, but listen to your body. Lay down whenever you need to. As your body acclimates, improves and detoxifies, you will feel better and better with each session. You will find the atmosphere to be very welcoming, supportive and motivating. Talk to your teachers if you have any questions or concerns, they are all very approachable and eager to help you get the most out of your classes.
Make up your mind to take 10 classes as quickly as possible, then no one has to tell you how good these yoga and pilates classes are for you!

To register, simply arrive at the studio 15 – 30 minutes prior to the class you would like to take. We will have you fill out our registration form and give you a brief orientation.
