  2. Purchase your Introductory Special through the App
  3. Register for your first class
  4. Read our Preparation Page for tips on getting started
  5. Arrive at the studio 10 minutes before your first class and our Front
    Desk Team will welcome you to the studio and show you around
  6. Practice 2+ classes/week for best results
