Bikram Yoga – 90 Minutes

This is the Original Hot Yoga Class, and offers tremendous health benefits. Bikram Yoga is a 90-minute, 26 posture series practiced in a heated room, suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Each posture stretches, strengthens, and prepares the body to work every muscle, organ, gland, and cell in the perfect order. The series was scientifically designed to bring your body back to a healthy working order, to promote weight loss, prevent illness, and limit the effects of aging. In addition, the series of postures combine skills of concentration, determination, self-control and patience, which lead to increased mental clarity and reduced stress. The added benefit of the heat helps to warm your muscles, prevent injury, and cleanse the body by flushing out all toxins. This class offers your body a beautiful, all natural approach to good health. You will feel extremely relaxed, refreshed and recharged after each session. Perfect for all ages and levels of ability.

Bikram Yoga – 60 Minutes

This is a condensed version of the Bikram 90 minute class. We will move through the same series of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises, however we will practice some postures only once. These classes are wonderfully energizing and will leave you feeling amazing. This class is perfect for all levels class and are particularly great when you are short on time!

Inferno Hot Pilates – 60 Minutes

Get ready to work hard, have fun and see amazing results! Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) is an energizing, challenging, full body, low impact workout combining Pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT, Tabata Method). IHP is performed on your yoga mat and towel in a room heated to 35 degrees playing energetic music. This class offers you an amazing workout that will strengthen your muscles, work your cardiovascular system and burn fat. This class is perfect for all fitness levels.  Inferno Hot Pilates is included with your membership and is the perfect compliment to your Bikram Yoga practice!

Kids Yoga – 45 Minutes

Ages 4-10

Yoga is so much fun for kids! We will be moving to music and creating amazing adventures together while practicing yoga postures and breathing exercises. Students will be engaged in a variety of activities designed to nourish their growing bodies and imaginative minds. We will incorporate a wide range of sensory experiences, including uplifting music, creative movement, games, visualization and of course, lots of yoga poses! A perfect class for your active and creative youngsters.

Classes will be held every Saturday from 2:00pm-2:45pm
